Drone Roof Inspection, explained.
A drone sees what a ladder cannot. It can climb above a steep pitch, hover over a chimney and cover a large commercial roof in minutes, all without anyone setting foot on a surface that may be slick, fragile or hot. The images are sharp enough to show lifted shingles, cracked sealant and rust at fasteners.
We fly each slope in a planned pattern, capture close-ups of details and stitch the results into a photo set tied to the roof layout. When a drone is not enough, for example in a hidden valley or beneath a skylight, we follow up with hands-on or moisture checks. Flights follow the rules for the airspace and the property.

Can a drone find leaks?
A drone shows the visible causes of leaks, such as failed flashing and missing shingles. Locating water inside the roof system may also take moisture meters or infrared.
Do you need access to my yard?
Usually only to launch and to view the roof. We confirm the details when you book.
Is drone flying allowed near my home?
Flights follow the aviation rules and local restrictions, and we check the airspace before flying. If a flight is not allowed, we use other methods.
