Walked and photographed
We walk the roof when it is safe to do so, and examine every surface, flashing, vent, edge and gutter up close, with photographs of each finding.
Infrared imaging, electronic leak detection, moisture surveys and water tests, plus the flashing, skylight, chimney and ceiling-stain diagnosis that finds the real source.

C-01Leak DetectionRoof Leak DetectionA systematic investigation that traces water from the stain on your ceiling back to the exact opening in the roof, using inspection, moisture meters, water testing and thermal imaging.Moisture and water test
C-02Leak DetectionInfrared Roof InspectionThermal scans that reveal wet insulation and hidden moisture under low-slope roofs, and heat-loss and moisture clues on other roofs, without opening a thing.Infrared thermal
C-03Leak DetectionElectronic Leak DetectionA low-voltage scan that locates punctures and open seams in membrane roofs to within inches, even when the leak shows nowhere near the opening.Moisture and water test
C-04Leak DetectionMoisture Survey & MappingA grid-based survey using moisture meters, infrared and core checks to map exactly where a roof system is wet and where it is dry.Moisture and water test
C-05Leak DetectionWater Test & Leak TracingA controlled, section-by-section water test that reproduces the leak so the exact entry point can be proven, with someone watching inside.Moisture and water test
C-06Leak DetectionAttic Moisture CheckAn attic inspection with moisture meter and thermal imaging for leaks, wet insulation, stained decking, mold, ventilation problems and daylight where there should be none.Moisture and water test
C-07Leak DetectionSkylight Leak DetectionA focused investigation of skylight leaks, separating failed flashing and seals from condensation and window defects, with a clear fix path.Moisture and water test
C-08Leak DetectionChimney & Flashing LeaksAn inspection of chimney flashing, crickets, counterflashing, crown, mortar and siding intersections to pinpoint why water is getting in around your chimney.Moisture and water test
C-09Leak DetectionValley & Flashing LeaksAn inspection of roof valleys, step flashing at walls, dormers and transitions, where concentrated water finds weak points.Moisture and water test
C-10Leak DetectionCeiling Stain TracingAn investigation that begins with the ceiling or wall stain and traces moisture back through the attic or framing to the roof or other source.Moisture and water test
C-11Leak DetectionRoof vs Plumbing LeaksA diagnostic visit that decides whether a leak comes from the roof, a plumbing line, an HVAC drain or condensation, so you hire the right contractor.Moisture and water test
C-12Leak DetectionVent Boot & Penetration LeaksAn inspection of plumbing vent boots, exhaust vents, satellite mounts and other small penetrations where cracked rubber and dried sealant let water in.Moisture and water test Every service page shows a method badge so you know how the roof will be examined.

A drone captures the whole roof from above, including steep, tall, large and fragile roofs, without anyone walking on them. Images are reviewed in detail afterward.
A thermal camera reveals temperature patterns. On many flat roofs and attics, wet insulation shows as patterns that point to where moisture is trapped.
Moisture meters, electronic scans and controlled water tests confirm where water is and trace a leak to the detail where it enters.
Tell us about your roof and what worries you, and we will suggest the right inspection. Most leaks announce themselves long before the ceiling does.
Tell us about your roof and what worries you, and we will reply with the right kind of inspection and a suggested next step. Stains, storms, sales or a routine checkup, we start the same way.
